Family

I find it interesting how everyone has their own idea of what "family" looks like. Maybe it is single mom and a child. Perhaps the "perfect" family of mom, dad, boy, girl, and dog tossed in for good measure. I personally love that I never know what my family is going to look like from one week to the next! My family was awesome as mom, dad, boy, girl (with NO dog!!. EVER!), but it wasn't complete. Today my family has 5 boys and 2 girls and 2 guinea pigs with mom and dad, but Sunday we will look different, and that is sad as these boys brought a lot of life and fun and smiles, and plenty of hijynks and tomfoolery, but also it will be a bit more peaceful and predictable. Until our family changes again! They called today about a long term placement of a newborn, but not worrying/planning/getting my hopes up as it seems they call frequently and it has not happened yet. But maybe the new family picture will be different next week...
