Everett was having another tough day, and I suggested we try to FaceTime baby G. We were able to connect and see her face and talk to her for the first time since she left. It was so good to see her and hear her laugh... It brought tears to my eyes and a smile to Everett's face. Thankful for modern technology in making things like this easier. She seemed confused at first but then lit up and performed her toddler tricks. Hoping we can do this again when the other kids are home as I am sure they will be sad we did it without them- but better to do one at a time anyway rather than crowding the FaceTime screen and being overwhelming!
