Father May we?

We got accepted into the program, and signed a contract! We are officially in process and so excited! We have people in our lives that are very excited for us, and I have joined a Bulgarian adoption board to gain information and support. Those who have gone through the process before or are going through it now will become our friends in a different way than many of our previous friends. Life will change, and we are ready for this! We love our current friends. and of course we love our family, but not everyone is understanding and supportive. Many people wonder "Why in the world do you want to spend tens of thousands of dollars to get a child who may have problems when you already have your own kids?" Or they wonder why we want more children period, or perhaps why we think we are deserving of them? Not sure what many people think, but I do know without question that there are people close to us that are opposed to the idea. Thankfully for us God is smiling down and encouraging us that we are following his command to take care of the orphans!
May we not get discouraged by the lack of faith in others.
May we take one step at a time.
May we seek His guidance in our decision making.
May we be in one accord in the process.
May we find a fabulous support system.
May we raise funds in a way that is positive to the community in creating awareness of the orphans in need around the world.
May our child be growing and healthy and ready for us when we are ready for him/her.
