A little help

I love to help others on the road to adoption, to encourage someone in the path to fostering, to answer a question about our family that opens someones' eyes. So I was so happy to recently have a conversation with a friend who had been asking me about raising kids from another race awhile back. I checked in with her to see what had transpired since that conversation, and she had just been matched with a birth mother that week, awaiting the birth of the baby any day now! So exciting, and this is what she said.  "I have always wanted to adopt, but that day I came to your house and was dropping off those hair products and you showed me photos of M and Z, I will never forget it, I had this like flood of emotions come over me and made me want to get serious about researching adoption again...I thought it might have been my hormones lol...but the feeling never left me since then and that was 2012...so here we are 3 years later and you send me a pm checking in about adoption the week we match with a birth mother...if that is not a sign, I don't know what is!"

God is good, and he does set the lonely in families! Ps 68:6
