The Lord works in mysterious ways... We have a baby, but not the one we were planning for~
Last Friday they called to say that the baby was not doing as well as they would like, and when she was released from the hospital the doctors wanted her to go to a home with no kids/germs. I understand, but it was just a big disappointment!
Wednesday afternoon the phone rings and they tell me they have a possible placement for us, another baby girl! We said yes, and when they went to go get her that evening she was missing?! I guess birth mom was hiding her, but she was located Friday morning and brought to us Friday afternoon. She is a perfect little thing, nearly 4 months, and a healthy precious peanut. We don't know how long she will be with us, but may know more after her hearing on Thursday.
